Job Overview
The Study Centre Coordinator is a key member of the CAPA London team, responsible for providing a welcoming environment for students, faculty, and guests to our study centre. The Coordinator staffs the reception desk and manages the daily operations of the centre, including coordinating and managing maintenance and repair activities, and liaising with vendors, to ensure smooth daily building operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in taking the lead while also working collaboratively with the centre team to provide high quality experiences for American college and university students studying in the centre.

Hours
7.5 working hours per day between 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday. This position is expected to work all bank holidays that the centre is open with time in lieu. Attendance at evening activities may be required from time to time.
