Vice President of Finance & Accounting
This position is based in the CAPA Boston location, working in a hybrid format, a portion of the week remotely from home and a portion in the CAPA office. The Vice President and the majority of finance team members are based in Phoenix, AZ.
The Director of Finance works as a member of the Senior Financial Management team, supporting the Vice President of Finance and Accounting and other Senior Leaders. The role leads the finance team in the functional areas of budgeting & forecasting, cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, KPI tracking, and ad-hoc financial analysis. The Director of Finance advises and makes recommended improvements and/or upgrades to finance & accounting information systems and internal controls.
