The Director of Program and Student Services reports to the Vice President of Global Operations
CAPA seeks a collaborative and strategic leader for the role of Director of Program and Student Services, London. This is an engaging and highly visible opportunity in our premier and largest study centre in South Kensington, with the primary responsibility to deliver the gold standard student care and programing for which CAPA is known. The Director is responsible for the full operations of the Program and Student Services Team, with the opportunity to grow the team while building on strengths already in place. The Director works collaboratively with other departments within the London Centre as well as with colleagues across CAPA’s Boston headquarters and other global locations. This hands-on role provides a highly rewarding opportunity to positively impact students’ academic and personal experience and growth while studying in London.
Full time. Standard hours are 9:00 AM to 17:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the study abroad field, additional time beyond regular office hours is to be expected in this role.
